Here are 5 healthy habits that I use to feel my best mentally, physically and emotionally and that help me to be the best version of myself I can be. They are easy, simple self care habits that don’t require anything expensive, and that fit perfectly in a minimalist lifestyle.

Having a healthy routine really helps me with feeling my best. And I love sharing my self care tips to anyone interested in how to be healthy. Because I think a lot of times, people think we need to invest in fancy and expensive things to practice self care. And from experience, I know that’s not true. The most effective things for me, are free. The power lies in doing them regularly, and making them a habit. Ultimately it’s not about doing some fancy things once, but it’s the healthy habits that will change your life!
