Welcome to part 1 of the 4 part HSP video series! Since I got so many requests for more videos about this topic, I decided to make a video series about it. Many of you reached out and told me your stories and experiences, and this really touched my heart. Because I know what it’s like. The ebbs and flows, highs and lows and everything in between. So let’s talk about it, share experiences, and help each other out! I know it can be challenging, but being sensitive also has amazing benefits.
In this video I talk about my own personal experience with being highly sensitive. Everything from how it affects me, how I found out about my sensitive nature, to how I deal with it and how I make the most of my sensitive trait, even though it can also be really challenging sometimes.
I will also talk about what it means to be a highly sensitive person, what makes us process things differently and how we view the world. So if you know someone who you’d like to explain to what being highly sensitive is like, then this video would be a great one to share. Because I personally think it’s really important that our loved ones have a sense of what it’s like for us, if only to prevent unneccessary misunderstandings.
